P&A is a tenant and pet resume registry system that allows responsible pet owners to register their pet and tenant history for free. The tenant/pet owner’s current and previous property managers are then able to verify that information on-line for future property managers to view at anytime the tenant/pet owner fills out a rental application. This eliminates the stress of the tenant having to prove they are a responsible pet owner as the reference check is already complete and verified by other property managers. Pets & Apartments also serves as a free tenant/pet owner reference check for property managers, who are now able to recall and view a pet owner’s complete tenant history after the tenant provides their first and last name with their
12-digit P&A registration number.
